Thanks to advice given here I was able to use Robocopy to sync about 1.5 tb of data from my WHS to a new NAS. I would like to be able to keep the data in sync between my WHS and NAS, any suggestions on how to do this?

Create another robocopy job with a scheduled task?

Allwaysync will do the job. You can set it manually or add it as a service.
