I have notice an increase on CPU usage on my EX487 from the System Idle Process. What exactly is this? How to resolve it? Take a look at the pics bellow.

The System Idle Process isn't your problem, in fact you can pretty much reverse it's value to see how free your system is. At that particular processes highest point your usage graph will be at it's lowest. The peaks will be from other processes.

I have no other process using CPU.

System Idle Process just shows you the percent of cpu which is idle with no other processes running. It is not a process running.
