Hi All

I have got a reacuring problem on my EX470 3.0 box
Every morning at about 5.30 am I get the following sequence of events

HP Service manager "warning"

UpdateMemInfo:
Exception:System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
Message:
Source:WinMgmt
StackTrace:
at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHRInternal(Int32 errorCode, IntPtr errorInfo)
at System.Management.ManagementObject.Get()
at HpmssService.HpmssInfo.UpdateMemInfo()

This message is then repeated 5 mins later
15 mins later Mediasmart server software update gives a "warning" repeated immediatly

Unable to load JavaScript rule. Only JScript rules are processed

I then get Mediasmart server software update "error" 5 times

Package Rule Script Evaluation Error! Returned: Major: 3 Minor: 3 Sub: 1 Revision: 35433

I have done a search and it is mentiond a few times but not yet seem to have found a cause/cure
These errors do not seem to pose a problem but I would like to understand and cure as I hate seeing a log full of red "X"

Any ideas

PS. 2 weeks ago i needed to do a reinstall. (for another issue which has been fixed by the reistall)
This error was there before and after the reinstall

To the best of my knowledge those are just known issues with the 3.0 software.

Hi

That a shame. I hate to see errors like this. I expect the odd error in the logs but this is a persistant repating one and It anoys me !!

Oh well i will have to get used to it
