Hi there folks.

I've downloaded a few add-ins and i've copied them to the Software\Add-ins directory, but when I went to install them through the console-settings, I noticed I don't have an Add-Ins tab.

How do I put it back?

I've attached an image of what I do have.

Thanks much

Wayne

Hi Wayne, welcome to the forums. That's obviously very strange behavior and I've not seen that before. Did you notice this after the installation or removal of any particular add-ins?

Have you tried restarting the Console? Also try restarting the server. Do you get any error or messages when launching the console?

Thanks Alex, not sure what the issue is.

I rebooted/restarted etc, no change - even got a blue screen in the Console window.

I remoted to the server, then viewed the console from there.
I got an error message:WHS Console cannot open because the fol file is blocking it:
HomeServerConsoleTab.storage.dll

I retried several times and it then worked.

I got out of remote, then tried console from my computer, it didn't work at first, but after several tries/shutdowns, I eventually got it open with all the proper tabs.

Not sure if I'll have any further problems once I shut down then startup my computer again.

We'll see.

Wayne

I have recieved this error a couple of times.
It asks me if I would like to open without the file YES or NO
If I click no it will try again and succeed.
If I click yes the console will open with out the MSS tab.
I never paid attention to if the add-ins tab was there or not.
