Changed out hardware from the Draytek 2600 to the new Draytek 2820Vn (ADSL2/2+, Wireless (802.11B, G & N), VOIP, Firewall, Gigabit Router). also includes a USB Print server.

Router Manufacturer: Draytek
Router Model: 2820Vn
Firmware Version: 3.20.
ISP: Demon
Is UPnP supported?: Yes
Is UPnP enabled?: Yes
Did WHS Router config succeed?: Yes & No - see below
Was manual Port Forwarding required?: Yes
Does Remote Access work?: Yes - but beware of double NAT when checking.

Any additional info/notes?: WHS auto configured on LAN OK by DHCP server in the router, but reports that the router is not UPnP compatible even though it actually is. Then reports manual config successful.

I have comcast.

I upgraded firmware on the above router to newest Version: 1.01.36 build 3

same problem still UPNP doesn't work right.

What a mess UPNP is.

but as above manually assigning the WHS an IP and forwarding ports to it works great.
