I seem to be haveing a file/print share issue I can't figure out. Everything was working fine at some point, don't know exactly when it went sour but noticed it after installing a new printer. Now all of a sudden the pc that the printer is connected to will not allow any connections from other computers on network. gives the error \\computername is not accessible, you may not have permission to use this network resource. The network path was not found not sure why, re-ran net setup wizzard and created new network setup disk and ran on other pc's. Verified ip range set in McCaffe's firewall settings, also notice windows firewall was enabled, turned it off since McCaffee is running. Suspect this happened after SP3 downloaded and installed.

Any suggestions would be valued!

My only thought is to check to make sure File and Printer sharing is turned on in the network control panel...

Thanks Alex, I'll give it a try. I know something is gotta be wrong with that particular machine on my network. I can see all other computers and access them, from each and every other computer on the network with no problems, including the one that hosts the printer! It will allow outbound traffic to all the other computers just nothing inbound. Seems like a firewall issue but I have totally disabled the McCrappy and still have the issue. I think it may just be easier to move the printer to another machine that is allowing inbound and outbound traffic but I get so involved trying to figure out the problem instead of takeing the easier route!
