... But it is clumsy and have no sound.

Nevertheless, I was happy to have it finally working. If someone is interested, here is what I've done so far.

First things first, I removed my BE-2350 processor and reflashed the original BIOS, just to start all this over. Now my MSS is on the table out of the box with a single experimental drive. I could not have the ArcSoft TotalMedia Extreme program working, but I could have image and could record with the SageTV standalone (I'll try the client-server setup later on), by playing with the settings.

I think I know why the sound was not working... will fix that later on.

The program is clumsy because the Sempron processor is just not enough for this. This is why I'll reinstall the BE-2350. When I finally get the vga cable, I'll change the video card memory from 32 MB to 64 MB.

Afterwards I want to experiment with different BIOS ACPI tables (at least Shuttle and Abit) and AGESACPU files also. Then I'll put back the BE-2350. Still lots of work to do.
