Do you happen to have a debug board laying around?

Since the service for buying new debug boards are temporarily closed, I'm looking for a used one.

It does'nt matter what generation you have, as long as it can be used on my EX47x. I only need VGA+PS2, not serial, but take whatever you have to offer.

I'm in Norway and it's preferable to buy from Europe.

Please PM me or leave a message in this thread.

Thanks :)

HI I too am looking for used or spare stock debug board for my ex495 ... anyone happen to have a debug board laying around?

Since the service for buying new debug boards is closed, I'm looking for a used one. I tried to reach out to VOV ... but alas their email is no longer viable/active.

Of course prefer Gen4 and only need VGA+PS2, not serial, but take whatever you have to offer that provides access to BIOS.

My current VGA cable works fine, but I can't seem to get keyboard / mouse access to BIOS (even / keyboard plugged into lowest rear USB). It recognizes the keyboard even acknowledging F11 selection, but does NOT enter the boot menu ... something's amiss.

Please PM me or leave a message in this thread ... thanks so much in advance!

Thanks :)

Oh and YES ... jumper IS installed ... have even tried multiple jumpers, cleaned pins to ensure good contact (no oil/corrosion or other non-conductive issues) etc...

Thanks in advance for help!

I am assuming you used the DEL key to attempt entering bios?
And the jumper is J2 as I recall where the backplane board is on one side.

If on boot the server recognizes keyboard input it should just work.
don't recall what F11 does.

Bios access will not work without the jumper.

I would re-visit the jumper and make sure there is a metal clip inside the jumper.
A lot of times when you pull them off the metal clip comes out of the plastic jumper and stays on the pins.
So if you recycled them that may be the issue.
It is easy to check with a ohm or continuity meter on the jumper not the board.
