I would like to buy VGA/PS2/Serial Debug Board. But was unable to reach Charles. I have tried to send him an e-mail on mss_cable_service@vovtech.com but received reply Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. I just sent Charles an email to the above address, it seemed to go through. I directed him to this post, but I'd suggest you try emailing him again, perhaps from another email account. |

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I just tested my email and everything looks good, but I will do a few more tests tonight. If anyone ever has problems with emailing me, you can also send me a personal message (via mediasmartserver.net) as a backup. - Charles Update: User "IRAKLI" did get in touch with me via email and placed an order. I'm not sure what happened but everything is fine now. |

Dear all. Thank you so much for all your help and advice. I have got all upgrades i wanted. Now my server is running new quad 9300 intel processor rum is 4 gb and i even have debug board. This is all thank to you. Now i need further guidance on installation of windows home server 2011. I would like to know if it is possible to install this new operating system maintaining old backups and storage? If yes how to do this. There are 2 CD's in a package so please give instructions how to proceed with the software upgrade? |
