I bought the EX495 with lot of enthusiasm and this forum taught me a lot. I wish HP would release the upgrade and restore the TimeMachine support for Macs on Lion. Unfortunately, EX495 does not work for us any more. I have the original manual, factory reset EX495, disks (no box).

Bugger yeah me too. I'd prefer an MSS but am not willing really to pay top dollar either considering I can have a proliant running for a couple hundred bucks with WHS 2011, if I don't find a decent deal in the next week or two I'll go with a new proliant, ugly but the price is definitely right.

I found a clunky solution but it does not work well. For now, my MSS is just a sad machine (switched off) sitting in a corner.

Will be happy to do factory reset. Make an offer...

Unit still available for sale. I tried replying to couple of PM but they are just sitting in my outbox. Not sure why?

I just want to cut my loses; I am not looking to make any profit. Anyone willing to make a decent offer can get this machine. send me a note gaurav<underscore>garg<at>yahoo<dot>com

My last option is to get a debug board and try to change the OS.
