Hi nlbrownjr welcome to the forums!

Can you please indicate which model server your using as this will help with troubleshooting the server itself.

Generally the blinking Blue Health Light is an indication the server has not finished booting. The drive lights come on at the end of the boot process.

This condition could be caused by a hard drive issue in your server. You might want to install the system drive in another computer and run CHKDSK /r on both partitions on the drive to see if it can repair issues with the drive itself. The 2 partitions will be named SYS and DATA. If issues are found and corrected then put the drive back in the system to see if your system will boot.

Good Luck and hope to hear from you soon.

First step should be to try rebooting the server if you haven't yet done so.
