In My EX475 I have the stock 500GB, I added (1) 1TB WB Green, and then a couple days later I added a second 1TB WD Green. The second one isn't showing up. It has a blue bar (light) on the MSS. Both of the 1TB HDDs came out of RAID external formatted for OSX (HFS+). First one worked fine, not sure what is up with the second. Any ideas?

It may be that the drive is partitioned or formatted in a way that WHS isn't happy about. I'd probably hook it up to another PC and remove any partitions, or if you're comfortable you can RDP into the server and use the Disk Management interface.
