I'm so fed up.
I love this thing and have been using it to share family photgraphs via Webshare. I switched it off for a few days to go on holiday. I turned it on again and it seemed to update some software and now all I get is 'error 500' when trying to use webshare. Everthing else works ok - I can remotely log in. I have reset my router, I have made sure all the ports (80,443,4125) are open in the UpNP settings but it still doesn't work.
I don't want to have to restore it to the factory defaults and start again, not with over 4000 photos.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried forwarding the ports in your router?

500 error is an internal server error. Don't worry, a server recovery will retain your photos, they'll just lose their captions, configured users, etc. :(
