It's been a while since I logged into the console. In fact it's been a while since I booted up my server.
Today I tried to log in and a window popped up with a red x saying

"The computer cannot connect to your home server. Check your network connections ..."

If I click the "Password hint" I get the same message but with a blue exclamation. "

I can however log in as a user and view all of the files on the server (so I know its not all bad) but I can't seem to log in to the admin panel to check the health and backups etc.

Has anyone any idea why this might be happening?
thanks

Edit: I have an EX475

First thing I would do is in your desktop delete all of the connector apps.
There will be the windows connector and possibly two hp app installed if you are using x64.
One hp update app and one hp x64 app if your os is 64 bit.
Then connect to the server and run setup.exe in the software/connector folder of that folder.
Not from the cd.

If it has been an extremely long time since your last login your server may have installed a update for the connector that is not compatible with what your desktop has.
