Recently I had to restore my Bay 1 drive with an image I had taken earlier - this is the boot drive. The clone disk software I used (Macrium Reflect) cloned the original Seagate disk to a Western Digital. The issue I see is Server Storage reports the disk as Seagate whereas another plugin WHS Home Server Smart reports it correctly. How do I correct this anomaly.

Looks like that this can be fixed manually by fixing the registry settings under Windows Home Server = attributes and the restarting the server.

Cloning WHS V1 is a little more complicated then, just cloning.
