... the hard drives.

I'm in over my head with the ex495. I have all my movies ripped on to it -- probably 5tb worth.

The ex495 stopped working... I get some blinking lights that I don't know what the heck they mean.

I just want to get my data off of the drives and put it onto an external 8tb drive and hook it up to my mac...

so this is a long-winded way of saying, "how can I take out these drives and get the data off of them and migrate it to another drive so that I can be done with the ex495."

USB to Sata Dock.
Win7 or 10 Client.
Pull one drive at a time and place in dock.
Un-hide hidden files and folders.
Copy files to new external drive.
