Hey guys, so I'm doing some EX490 maintenance and mapping the most common shared drives to my desktop.

For some reason, I cannot map my shared username drive.
I do the following \\servername\username but it won't go.

I've tried to checkmark Connect using different credentials but it didn't work.

I know this is pretty simple and I'm forgetting something on why I can't. I have the username/password that I'd gladly input into the shared map folder credentials of that actual folder/account.

I was able to figure it out.

I was trying to map:

\\ServerName\USERNAME

but it should be:

\\ServerName\Users\USERNAME
