Can't find my EX485 even with a direct Ethernet connection.

I've tried reinstalling WHS Connector. It fails because it can't find the server.

Trouble codes are 3 red 2 blue, but that doesn't show up on the HP list.

I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

I don't have a 485 but if you google
ex485 BIOS recovery source not present
There are two methods to restore bios.
One using the vga debug board and one without.
It was due to a bricked server from a upgrade.
Possibly the bios battery is dead and causing issues?
There is mention at this site but those links are broken.

Thanks for the manual with the more extensive information and error list.
No recent hardware upgrades but the coin cell died last month and wouldn't let the server boot.
I replaced the coin cell, and got it running, but now it's got the "BIOS recovery source not present" code. It's possible the battery was defective. I'll try a fresh one. Also found the BIOS reloading instructions.
As old as this box is, I don't know if I would invest in the VGA board unless I can find one cheap.
