TZO TECH SUPPORT ROCKS SOMETHING FIERCE!!!!
Kudos to Eric for getting my remote access to work!!! I've spent the last several days on and off the phone with Linksys, HP and Comcast, I mean hours, and today I talked to Eric from TZO for maybe 10-15 minutes and he had me up and running!! GO TZO!!

I second that statement. Eric was superlative in his support, and I went from no hope and thinking I needed to pay for commerical server access, to getting it working at 100%.
