A minor irritant but on the web interface at servername:55000, if I click on Download Now button for the WHS Connector I get an error "You are not authorized to view this page". It seems to be looking for a path servername:55000/setup/WHSConnectorInstall.exe but the file actually exists in the folder C:\WHS on the EX490. The same file also exists on D:\shares\software\home server connector software.

Not the end of the world but just means I have to dick around with the software on a USB stick for new clients rather than downloading direct from the server.

What's the history of this server? Sounds like something may be setup incorrectly or corrupted.

I had something similar. Look at the address http://... (which works) or https://... (which returned an error for me).

Standard out of the box. I have a feeling though that when I set it up around 18 months ago I may have moved the folder in shares containing the connector software before putting it back again. Wonder if I broke some permissions in the process?
