I run a EX495 with WHS1 as my media server for SageTV. Since I live in a country where electricity is 35-40 cent pr kwh, conserving power is a priority. Therefore, I have been using Lights Out plugin to send the server to sleep once there hasnt been any network traffic > 100kb for an hour. Worked like a charm.

Now I have installed HDhomerun which is a LAN based TV tuner which is constantly broadcasting on LAN. It is being picked up by my EX495 so my old mentod of monitoring traffic to determine when to sleep server isnt valid anymore - the server doesnt go to sleep anymore.

I have been looking at the settings in LightsOut but cannot seem to find a solution. Any ideas how to work around this?
