Has anyone tried this? i have tried several ways but it never shows the icon below neither seems to control the fans correctly

I assume you are talking about the addin.
Hope you are aware that it dos not work on the newer servers. Meaning like the ex49x

He's not talking about my MSSFanControl Add-In, he's talking about the Speedfan application. I've not set it up to run on boot but a search on this forum should turn up plenty of discussion about it.
