Several of the threads have had their margins blown out.

This makes them a little time consuming to read.

Is there not a way that theses margins can be restored?

Margins are blown out because of large pictures we put in.

So I think it's up to everyone to think of this and try to insert pictures that are not too large.

Yes, or when GregH puts 347 question marks in a row.

I've been informed of a mod for phpbb (Thanks Cougar!) that will resize image attachments and provide a link to the fullsize version, I'll try to get that integrated to the site this weekend. We'll still have this issue when people post really long URLs, or 347 question marks, but those can be edited easily by the poster or by a mod.

There's actually a mod that will add a space every so many characters to keep that from happening. I ran and installed mods on a heavily modified board and zero'd out all these little quirks with mods.
95% of the mods I installed were built in to phpBB3, btw. Made me feel bad for spending all that time modding phpbb2 :(. I highly recommend phpBB3.

Yup, I'm actually working on a few site upgrades, including phpbb3, and hope to implement a few of them this week while I have some free time in the evenings (wife is away on a business trip  ).
