IMHO
First and Formost, WHS is all about regular home PC users that want to get a Huge/Vital part of a network up to protect data.
Second is to add streaming and remote access of that data.
Most home users are clueless about networking and Server OS.
Also, If networking was added, then a lot of random post could be moved to it and clean up some of the other topics.
