Some times ago, I swapped OS's and was trying to recall my password. Coupled with a couple of others previous attempts it appeared that I know had to enter a Captcha in to log in. I though at the time it would have "cleared" but after just logging in and being prompted again for a Captcha it looks like that is not the case.
Is there any way to reset the logins? Normally I would not mind but some of those Captcha's are not legible.

The Captcha is set to kick in after 3 failed password attempts. It should reset upon your next session (the next time you visit) but show the capture after another 3 failed password attempts. If you get the Captcha every time you try to login, it is possible someone is trying to login as your username and triggering the Captcha.
