Backup Windows 7 home premium

Post subject:  Backup Windows 7 home premium
I am trying to backup a new computer with Windows 7 Home Premium on my WHS 2011. I receive the following error below in event viewer.

Using the link above I tried dcomcnfg and added the network service user. Which seemed to get rid of the error but it would just hang at 1% after the change.

On Disk 0 in Disk Management I have a 100MB EFI System Partition. Is this part of the issue?

Has anyone else ran across this issue before?
