I am using an HP Microserver N54L as a NAS rather than a true server.

The "C" partition was getting rather full so I installed a larger HDD and cloned Disk 0 (system disk) onto this new HDD using Easeus.

I removed the original HDD and attempted to boot from this new, cloned HDD but got an "Invalid Partition" error message. Worse still, I then replaced the original HDD and this wouldn't boot either with "Invalid Partition" error message.

So now I have 2 "system" disks that won't boot. Fortunately my data are quite safe being on some other HDDs but I do have a number of special programs installed on the "C" drive and don't want to go through the hassle of re-installing these.

Can anyone suggest how I can make my "system" disks bootable?

Thanks in advance.

If you configured an OS Backup Drive then you can reinstall the Server OS from that Backup Drive and be back up and running in about 1 hour and everything will be the same as it was when the backup was made. Unfortunately not many set this up but if you did then you should be in good shape.
