Hey Guys:

2 things I'd like some thoughts on from the community:

1. My MediaSmart Server Software "unable to connect to your home server" -- the server is powered on and the firewall is ok,... but the 3rd thing listed is "a proxy server is configured on this computer for the network connection"... I'm wondering what exactly it means and what I can do to fix it so I can connect. BTW -- I had to reinstall the software on my portable after a crash.

2. Software Recognition of Disc Space -- I have 12TB of storage between my 470 and a SansDigital box connected to the 470. And the files on the server are only 2TB. But it won't let me store any more content as it says the disks are full. So the question... is this a software issue?? If not any thoughts??

You posted in the WHS 2011 section but it sounds like you're running WHS v1? Screenshots of the errors and your setup may help, having specific error messages is important for helping you.
