I received an alert yesterday and it has not gone away. The alert is:

Database Problem
SERVERNAME 3/19/2012 2:54 PM
The database is in 'RECOVERING' state. Please try to wait 15 minutes, and then reboot your server.

I did wait and I did reboot. But, the alert does not go away. I combed through many of the logs but could not find where this error was coming from.

I am running My Movies 2011 on the server. And, this does have a mySQL database. But, this does not seem to be a problem as the database appears ok. The backup database seems ok as well. It is backing up and I can interact with the backups.

Does anyone have any idea where this is from?

Thanks for your sage advice!

Hard to believe that, it has been 28 days and, no one, has even taken the time to respond to your post at all.

Not even to say, "I've never seen this issue before."

I hope you find the information that you are looking for.

Regards
Chris

You responded with a link that appeared to contain helpful info, perhaps that is why no one else responded?

Not meant as criticism and, not directed at this site alone. Just an observation.

IMO, All WHS sites have started to slow down and, Fade away, I fear.

I don't want to see, WHS sites (especially this one) with all of their experience and knowledge disappear.

Chris
