I upgraded my EX470 running WHS 2011 to 4gb of RAM. OS shows 3423 mb usable, 672mb hardware reserved. Are there any BIOS adjustments or other settings to get the system to be able to use the full 4gb?

Unfortunately not, same issue with WHS v1.
