Looks like MS forgot to support the front panel LEDs in the H341. I have power/network and a flashing "i" but no drive lights.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Have you tried our Add-Ins?

Sorry to blow your balloon(!) but it is not supported by Microsoft. It is supported by the server manufacturer which is Acer in your case. If you install with the server recovery DVD supplied by Acer, they will work. But since you installed WHS 2011 OEM, it means it doesn't have all features included by Acer. I also bought an Acer H340 2 days ago and since I decided to install WHS 2011, my lights are not working either. I know some people were having success to have the lights working under Linux, but am still looking for a solution for my Acer H340 and WHS 2011. If any have a solution, please submit it here and we'll thank you for that work.
