Is there a dedicated "Drive Extender Replacement" forum group/thread ??

I'm currently running the beta version of Drive Bender (under Windows 7), and although it has some way to go, it's looking promising.

It might be a good idea to have a dedicated Drive Extender Replacement forum group/thread so that people using different DE replacement tools can weigh up the pros and cons of each one.

Although I use Windows 7, I frequent these forums a lot as I still have a WHS v1 running, and a lot of the DE replacements have more exposure to WHS 2011 than Windows 7.

Just a thought.

TIA.

I am testing Stablebit and so far am liking it very much. There are already multiple threads discussing the DE replacements. I think dbone1026 mentioned he was using Drive Bender and might give Stablebit a try which you can read in the link below.

I think what would interest me the most would be those who have tried 2 or 3 of the current DE replacements currently in Beta to see what they have to say. I am certain that not one solution will suit the needs of all. For now I like the approach the good folks at Covecube are taking with Stablebit Drive Pool and once they are done with that then they will put out their popular Stablebit Scanner for WHS2011 which I am looking forward too.

Anyway I have no real opinion on which DE replacement is the best and while I may be currently using Stablebit Drive Pool who knows I could very well try one of the others but if none end up meeting my expectations as far as being simple to use and having good performance then I will most likely go the expensive route and chose a RAID Solution but I am confident that Stablebit Drive Pool may get there very soon when they release their M3 version where it will be fully integrated into WHS2011 with an increase in the performance something that is currently lacking.
