I have sent a test message successfully but have never received a notification. I have done over the documentation and believe everything is configured properly.

In General Settings I have enabled the service.

In the Send tab I am using a hotmail account.

In the Recieve tab I added an email recipient and have successfully sent and received a test message.

Am I missing anything?

Check the Notification History tab in the Server Console and make sure that your server has had notifications that should have been sent to your Recipient. Note that a Notification must be active for 60 seconds before Remote Notification will send you the alert.

Also note that if you are using a Notification Schedule for your recipient, there currently is a bug where the notifications will never be sent if the Notification Schedule does not cross midnight. So make sure your Start time is before midnight.

If those suggestions still don't help, please use the "Create Debug Zip file" button on the Advanced Settings tab and email that to me at support AT remotenotification DOT com.

Thanks. I did have my Notification Schedule starting at 1 am. I will change it to 11 PM to see if that changes anything.

EDIT: That worked. Thanks again. Anyway to reset my trial time as I installed it some 3 weeks ago and ignored it when I couldn't get it working right away. I left for vacation and now just got back to it.

I'm glad that fixed it, the bug is already fixed in a new build, I plan to release that before long. Unfortunately there's no way to reset the 30 day trial short of reloading the operating system.
