Hi,

Although I received a test msg just fine from RN, the daily (?) summary email never arrives in my inbox.

What did I miss ?

Also, can I schedule the delivery time of the email ? It seems to be fixed (?) for dispatch at 6am. My WHS is still sleeping at that time of the morning :)

Thanks
Gary

Hi Gary,

Make sure you've created a Report recipient:
http://www.remotenotification.com/docum ... -recipient

The mail delivery time is not configurable, it is sent within the hour after the backups are complete which is 12pm - 6AM by default. You can change the backup window in WHS if your server is sleeping during this time.

Hi Alex,

May be a misunderstanding on my part, but the email address I configure on the sender tab (my Gmail account) ist the same as the email receipient address on the receiver tab.

I never receive an email report from WHS. As I mentione dpreviously, the test message worked fine.

Guess it's me....

Thanks
Gary

It sounds like you have created an Email recipient, but not a Report recipient. Please review the different types of possible recipients that Remote Notification supports, and then revisit the tutorial I linked above.
http://www.remotenotification.com/docum ... ecipients/

If you're sure you've created a Report recipient, then please use the "Create Debug file" button on the Remote Notification Advanced Settings tab and send me the resulting zip file to support AT remotenotification DOT com and I'll investigate.
