Has anyone else had this problem... when users of the Photo Webshare go to save files at original size, a zip file is generated for them to download. I am finding that the zip file is corrupt a good percentage of the time. I'm not sure if this is a problems with my connection, my machine, or what, so I was interested if others had experienced it.

FWIW: I have had NO complaints from any of my visitors about this...

Hi Sue,

Is there anything that might be "interesting" about the files being downloaded in the zip? Very large albums, many pictures in the album, large image files, etc? I've not had any complaints of this either...

It's happened with both large and small downloads.

The only thing I can think of is that many of the times it has happened was when I was walking someone else through the process on IM. So I was saving pictures at the same time that the remote visitor was. I also have a pretty slow upload speed from my ISP, so maybe two people accessing at the same time put too much strain on the server?

Thinking about it, it has happened to me more often than it has my visitors.

Hi,

Why not try Advanced Zip Repair at http://www.datanumen.com/azr/ ? It recovers several important Zip files for me and is really helpful!
