Hi, Does anyone know when HP will ship the English verison of the 3.0 upgrade?

I placed my order on 3/9/2010 and the english dvds was in my mailbox on the 3/15/2010.

I have yet not had time to perform the upgrade.

I'm from Sweden. I put in the order late on the 9 March and they delivered the dvd within 4 business days. I think I got a choice of languages but I cannot remember. I usually go for the english version of everything by default.

Seems to me that the HP delivery organization in the US has been ill-prepared OR and this is something I really believe, they use other markets as guinea pigs before releasing to the masses in the US.

HP is clueless on this upgrade. Working to cancel my order and will wait patiently while others cut their teeth. This is by far the worst ordering experience I've had with any vendor. If they wanted to make it a pre-order it should have been stated that way when people went to order. Customer service has NO clue. Transfers from department to department with no answers. Hard pressed to say anything good here.

Same here, called to find out what happened to my order and got the run around phone tag for abt. an half hour until i got the parts dept. He told me they have no shipping date at this time I then requested to have my order canceled, again on hold for another five min. I was then given a claim number and said he could not cancel my order because it was in the process stage.

Should have directed that to claesh rather than both of you!

As you can tell from the 5 or 6 other threads on the same topic no one in the US or Canada has reported receiving anything yet. (Or hadn't as of 11 PM yesterday anyway.)
