Yeah with this technology of drive extension Im not sure either. That is the reason for such a long wait. Does the Defrag look at all the drives seperate or as a whole? C and D respectively.

I do know that if I disable PerfectDisk, my system does fragment quite quickly as you'd expect. Of course, we could be talking millisecond differences between a fragmented system and defragmented system... but I'm not a very patient person :-)

This might explain it a little better. This is my system, with all bays populated, and the 4th bay being used as a server backup drive.
