Installing Vail in Virtual Box driver problem [SOLVED]

Post subject:  Installing Vail in Virtual Box driver problem [SOLVED]
so i downloaded the vail iso from Microsoft site.

RestoreCD.iso 467.07 MB Download
SrvRecovery.iso 196 MB Download
InstallDVD.iso 4,148.6 MB Download
Windows6.1-KB2314472-x64.msu 360 KB Download

i started a new Virtual machine with Virtual box set it at 1024 mb ram 2 proccessors and 160 gb of hard drive the installdvd.iso as boot disk. the install went untill i got the error:

Errors occurred during installation
a network device driver was not found. install the appropriate drivers for you rnetwork device, and then restarted your sever...... i can click on install network drivers, and it takes me to device manager.

as you can see its under other devices. I'm really not sure what i need to do to install the drivers.

i guess i didnt have the right network settings entered in. im following this guide if anyone anyone is interested and need guidance.
