My attempts at trying to follow the instructions to create an unattended install USB Drive keep failing at the 96% mark

Is it possible that my USB drive being 4GB is the issue?

Any ideas before I go out and purchase a larger one?

Regards
Chris

Hey Chris, do you get an error message? In the blog comments for the USB flash guide, Tim Daleo suggests a solution if you're having a specific failure creating the disk on Win32 clients

I created mine on a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 machine with a new 4GB Kingston thumbdrive without any problems. Check and make sure your thumbdrive is completely clean b4 you start and that it doesn't have any of that wierd launching software on it.

Tried everything and could not get it to work. It kept failing at 96% no matter what I tried.

I then downloaded another copy of the ISO and it worked fine.

I guess my first copy was corrupted some how.

Good news. I'm glad you figured out the problem and got it to work.
