Hi all,

After a long period without my X510, I've "recover" the property (borrowed to my ex), so server reset is more than needed. Unfortunately, it came back without the precious recover disks provided by the manufacturer. I'm trying to search everywhere and in every box that I have at home, but after 3 moves, everything looks that has been abducted by the black hole called "Idon'trememberwhereIputhem"  Can someone help me to recover the unit, sharing with me these ISO images?

It will be more than appreciated,

Bartu

There are a couple of x-510 on ebay with disks.
Spare parts and disks could be a good thing?

Hope this helps, sorry for the loss
Good Luck

If the discs for the EX490 will work on the X510, there's a conversation on the HP forums that has a link to the EX490 discs.
The conversation:

One of the respondents has a link to the discs on his Google Drive:

As far as I know the hardware is the same. The software was a little different.
If I remember right the 510 software had a fix for twonkey, but I still couldn't get it to work so uninstalled it and went with serviio.
I'm guessing if those iso are good, they would work.

Good luck and let us know if you go down that road.....

CD Disks
Power supplies
Bad drives seem to be the top 3 problems

Purchased a bare x510, (no drives, no discs) and used these downloads to get it up and running with some old WD 1TB Greens I had lying around. Thanks for the help.
