I have an EX495 that works fine for backup and have never had to restore a computer. Now I have that need but everytime I try it says, server not found. I have been told that the server may not have the correct communication driver for Windows 7 but do not know how to upgrade it to Windows 7. Please HELP !!!

When you go to recover a client, you will need the 32 bit nic drivers for that client on a thunmbdrive. When you bootup on the client recovery cd it will show a list of devices found and most likely your nic will not be one of them.
Once you find the clients 32 bit nic drivers and get them on a thumbdrive, you can plug it in and tell the systen to look for new devices, it should find the nic and then it should find the server.

Good luck, It can be a hit or miss on drivers, but if you get the right ones, you should be good to go.

All this being said, I have done recoveries and I ended grabbing what I needed and doing a reload anyway.
windows just seems to do beter when it's clean.

Good Luck, let us know how it's going.
