Hi. I might have one available. I've had one for 4 years or so, but it's always been a little too complicated for me. i think i need something simpler like the WD My Cloud. The red health light just came on and I have to figure out how to access it and fix it so I can get my data (mostly movies) off of it. This is just a reminder that it's too much for me. Once I figure out how to get stuff off it, i'll reach out to you. okay

This is what I use to retrieve data/clone/format harddrives.

I have one of these as well, it will do cards/sata and ide.

On a win7 pc attach the drive starting with the top, pull it out and put it in the dock, click the windows button and type folder and you will see folder options. then click on view and click on show hidden file and folders.

You should be able to find a file structure, look for a folder named DE and shared folders.

You should be able to get your data back unless the drives are dead. In that case, it would most likely be to costly to get the data back, Data recovery can cost $thousands$.

Good Luck, shout out if you have any questions.... :-)
