I have an ex495 and I'm trying to do a factory reset. However, I've been unable to get it into recovery mode. I followed the instructions (power down, power on, wait for blue/red blinking light, press and release the recessed mode button), but the status light never goes to violet (it stays blinking blue). I have the VGA adapter so I can see the BIOS POST process. It looks like it's going into the network boot (Intel PXE) but after a while I just get an "TFTP open timeout". Suggestions? |
