Hi All,

I am running a EX 490 by HP with Powerpack 3 Beta. But it still shows me in the Ressources Tab, that I am running Powerpack 2. Is this normal?

And my Windows 7 client software is definetly on Powerpack 3, because in Mediacenter I do have the new features of PP3. But my client software says me, that HP Media Collector is not working because I have to update the client software....

Do you have the same issues?

You need to install the updated HP client software on your client PC. I mention this in my blog post about the patch.
