I've finally decided it's time to build a server as my HTPC is getting full. As most people who build their own HTPC know over the years you accumulate spare parts. Before I decide on the full shopping list, I was wonder if I could get some help with what I already have and if each item would work. The Server will be used to stream movies/music/photos and backup two PC's. All movie/music ripping will be done with the HTPC. Will be running SageTV with the server.

Here's what I have:
AMD Athlon 64 CPU with Zalman cpu cooler
Gigabyte nForce 4 Ultra motherboard or MSI K8N Neo4 motherboard
Gigabyte nvidia geforce 6600gt
DVD drive
License copy of WHS

Needs:
Case - hot swappable
power supply
Memory
Drive for OS
internal sata card
