Hello there mates,

I am endeavoring to make a circuit of fan speed controller as my school expands. As the going with circuit shows up:

The circuit is made up by a 12V DC fan speed controller using LM2914CT which is conveyed by Texas Instruments. According to the datasheet of P0080EBMCLRP2, https://www.icrfq.com/part/543989-P0080EBMCLRP2.html it positive voltage controller incorporates the ability to source 1A of yield current with an average dropout voltage of 0.5V and a most outrageous of 1V over the entire temperature run. Moreover, the LM2941CT is protected from the pivot battery foundations or two-battery ricocheted.

I am sure that the IC is sensible for my wander. I similarly got the required yield on the breadboard, However, I fail to get yield on PCB when the organization is done on sell programming; I figure I don't know to use the fledgling programming. So would anybody have the capacity to please help me the arrangement of this circuit?It will be of giant offer help.

I don't think this site is the place to ask this question.
But anyway in the hp series the fan control is a PID algorithm using PWM.
p=proportional
D= derivative.
G=gain
Using a rise and slope for the p value of the temperature difference from actual to setpoint.
PWM =pulse width modulation ( which is just a way to pulse the power on and off to go from 12vdc to say 2vdc to the motor.Insted of say a dimmer that lowers the voltage. Does the same thing but using a different method.

There are tons of articles on pid and you need to google them.
For what they call tuning a pid is somewhat a experienced talent. playing with each of the pid component values to achieve success.
If you want to try, start with the p portion then add the I portion then the integral.
Then the gain.

Oh my, yes, this site probably does have some people that "did" play with building their own circuits back in the day.
I think I still know where my soldering iron is but have not used it in years.

I think you would need a more Electronics related forum with what your doing. As you know, now days everything is pretty much plug n play and the art of circuit building is being lost.

Now days one can buy something cheaper then building it:
