Anyone have any idea on how to adjust the fan speed in the LX195? I would like to adjust it's parameters so it runs faster, so the drive and processor are not so hot. 65c is way too hot for my taste. Haven't found any settings in the Windows Registry so far, like you can for the EX470/475. Tried Speedfan, but it didn't do anything. It seems that there must be a setting somewhere. BIOS maybe? Anybody know?

65 is actually fairly normal for the Atom chips, I wouldn't be too concerned about it. There are also thermal protect mechanisms that speed up the fan if temperatures get too high. I believe the fan speed is controlled in the BIOS, you'll need one of the debug boards to access it.

That's one of those $60 KVM cables right? The drive is 1/2" from the processor, and everything gets hot enough to burn you. I've also considered installing a second fan. Do you know if any of the pinouts is for another fan? Or could one maybe piggyback another fan on the case fan's connector?
