So I have a spare MSS and some spare 300gb 15k SAS drives. Wondering if it's possible to use these in a MSS Ex475. Anyone know if the controller is SATA only or is it capable of SAS HDDs?

I haven't found anyhting on HP's web site the states it doesn't. Just that it supports SATA I & II HDD's. While I assume this means SATA controller only. Just curious if anyone has tried to plug one in to see if it works.

I believe it's SATA only, to my knowledge the SiS controller doesn't support SAS.
