Jacmay -- Any chance of a template? That way some of the rest of us can maybe duplicate your efforts?

It might be interesting to place a fan in the bottom, in the piece you created and maybe make some air slots for air to go up into case.

No I did not instal a fan on the base becose the air that is going trough the base
will not go over the cpu and the cpu will get warm.
The air will take the shortess way to the fan at the rear

It's an excellent point...airflow can have a negative effect, and can actually raise temps if not chanalled properly. Flow is more important than air supply.

I keep asking myself WHY we are all so interested in these modifications (anything past the 2GB RAM) when we could so easily build our own systems! I especially wonder about folks who are making these mods in the first month of having them! CPU, BIOS, KVM, connectors, case mods, ...

OK, who wants to add the liquid cooling to the unit to make it quieter (and cool the Guinness)?
