I'm just getting started with the 3.0 software and the Media Collector function. Does this feature work on Macs? Documentation seems to indicate that it should. I've added my wife's macbook pro to the collector, and when it is on, it shows the Connection Status as connected (in the console: HP Media Collector tab). I've just put a few photos in her iPhoto library, and only enabled media collection of photos from the Standard "My Pictures, Pictures & Public Pictures" path. However, on the Media Collector tab, it shows 0 files copied, pending, and not needed. I do see the hpMssAgent on the Dock, but I can't tell if it is up to anything. Any tips or advice on how to get this thing working? Or, if it is worthwhile. I actually keep my iPhoto library on my iMac and was just trying to see how it works using a small library before migrating my imac library. Thanks, Sean |
